Tanmayo’s first solo album, Dust at Your Feet is a collection of poems and chants set upon a base of beautiful harmonies and an ever-present flow of devotion and gratitude. Combining haunting vocals and soulful violin interwoven with modern grooves, Indian sarod and soaring bansuri flute, she brings to the listener an intoxicating fusion of influences from Indian, soul, gospel, and celtic traditions.

Inspired by the teachings of the wise ones down the ages and infused with the longings and questions of her own search for truth, this unusual collection of compositions takes one on a musical journey both deep and wide and lifts the veil on life as seen through the eyes of a seeker.

The compositions and arrangements in “Dust at your feet” came to me as if by magic while I was living in Singapore. To be honest I have no idea where they came from except that hidden within each one was a pointer, a hint, an energy, or a wisdom that seemed to resonate with a deeper part of me.

Inspired by the incredible wisdom of Nisargatta Maharaj, the courage and strength of Irina Tweedie and all those souls who have searched, sought, questioned and struggled to know who-they-really-are, I lay this music at the feet of my Beloved Master Osho.
